In the spirit of reviving my poor, neglected blog, I have joined a small group of photographers in the undertaking of a monthly photo challenge for the year of 2012. For each month, a color theme has been designated, and on the 26th of that month, every photographer in the group will post their themed images. Instead of being presented with only my perspective of that month’s theme, you are presented with the perspective of the entire group, as at the bottom of our posts, we link to the next person in our circle of photographers, so that if you choose, you can keep clicking and see our very different visions of the same theme! Fun, right?
WOW. A year has FLOWN by, as has December! In my haste to get everything ready for Christmas, I completely spaced out on posting my final Monthly Photo Challenge blog post, but here it is, better late than never!
The theme for December is Red and/or Green and/or Silver and/or Gold. Easy to achieve this month, right?
My parents celebrated their 40th Anniversary this month, and we all gathered up north for a seriously fun party, including family and friends! During the party, my Mom wanted to gather the family for a photo, and here it is – plenty of red, green, and gold. Enjoy!
And there you have it! Next week starts a brand new YEAR, which means most likely a new Monthly Photo Project! I also have a few other FUN themed blog posts coming in the new year including a very exciting (to me) GUEST blogger!
Subscribe to my blog to get instant notifications of future posts, and comments are very welcome! Keep the circle going! Check out the next photographer in the circle, Connie Dillon, and her interpretation of this month’s challenge: http://conniedillonphotography.wordpress.com/
